We accept all 10c deposit containers as part of our container deposit scheme in accordance with state legislation. Please ensure that all containers are empty and that glass is separated from other materials. Additionally, we accept non-deposit glass containers. For effective waste disposal, only bottles and cans are accepted in Tumby Bay, contributing to our recycling efforts.

We deliver and collect green wheelie bins in Tumby Bay as part of our waste disposal services. Renting one of our containers for the recycling program costs just $22 per year, with only $6 per collection. Plus, any refunds from our container deposit scheme are conveniently deposited straight into your bank account.

We have three convenient locations for waste disposal and recycling, situated in: 

Tumby Bay - 165 Bratten Rd 

Port Neill - Pioneer Dr - open Sunday 9am to 10am 

Ungarra - Ungarra-Stokes Rd - open the last Tuesday of every month from 3pm to 4pm 

At our sites, we accept various types of waste, including:

- Reinforced Concrete 

- Scrap Steels 

- Gas Bottles 

- Un-Degased Refrigeration 

Additionally, we are pleased to offer free scrap metal disposal, including car bodies, at our Tumby Bay site. Please ensure that tyres are removed once on site.
